Store Policy

1 - We are not liable for damages caused by moving any item obstructing the path during delivery services.

2 - Customer is responsible for measuring to be sure furniture will fit into room desired space, through doorways and up stairways.

3 - Special order furniture is non-cancelled or refundable.

4 - There are no refunds or exchanges which makes ALL SALES FINAL.

5 - Customer is subject to a $150.00 FEE (One Hundred Fifty) for sofas not fitting into apartment, doorways and hallways to provide technician service.

6 - All balance during delivery at customer`s house to be paid by cash or certified check. 

7 - There is a 20% cancellation fee of the total amount after 24 hours and before delivery (before distributor ships item)
